debconf-kde-data software package provides Debconf KDE data files, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debconf-kde-data
debconf-kde-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debconf-kde-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debconf-kde-data *
You will get with debconf-kde-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
